Történetünk a 1990-es évek végén játszódik Budapesten.
Főhősünk Maróti Vilmos a hetvenes évei végén járó demens férfi, s Tibor a 20-as évei végét taposó unokája. Vilmos és Tibor jó ideje együtt élnek. Tibor apja halála után, hogy gondoskodjon Vilmosról, s ne kelljen a nehezen finanszírozható albérletét fizetnie, nagyapjához költözik.
Történetünk egy szombat éjjel kezdődik, ami a szokásos éjszakáknál nehezebbnek mutatkozik. Sokszor volt már ilyen, de ez az éjszaka különbözik a többitől…Álmában visszatér a nyomasztó múlt. A múlt jelentős figuráját, történetesen az ÁVH egyik vallatótisztjét látja unokájában.

The Innermost Room (or tisztaszoba, literally, ‘clean room’) is an ornately furnished room in provincial homes, which is kept clean at all times and is reserved primarily for the reception of valued guests. In the Székesfehérvár Ballet Theatre’s dance theatrical production, this room with a special status in the house is a metaphor or symbol, denoting a ‘place’ where we keep the treasured secrets of our soul.
Andonis Foniadakis’ latest choreography, created for Ballet Pécs, explores Baroque themes in a dynamic and deeply expressive way, and from the perspective of contemporary dance and music.
