A Scherer Péter által életre hívott Rejtõ adaptációtulajdonképpen egy közös jutalomjáték. A színészeknek azért, mert egyik vicces, néhol improvizált jelenetbõl ugranak át a másik, rejtõi humorral gazdagon fûszerezett jelenetbe. A nevetés, a paródia, a vicc és a karikatúra pedig hálás társ tud lenni a színpadon. A közönség számára pedig jutalomjáték azért, mert a nevetés, a rácsodálkozás, a Jé, tényleg! és a felszabadultság érzése mindig jutalom, jólesõ érzés az ember számára. S noha manapság egyre nehezebben engedjük meg magunknak az önfeledtség és a vidám nevetés luxusát, mégis, a Karinthy Színház és a Nézõmûvészeti Kft. közös elõadás teret és idõt ad nekünk mindehhez. No, meg persze Rejtõ Jenõt, aki a spakli bohózat szerint ma is köztünk, bennünk él. Csak éppen álruhában és álnévvel. De nem P. Howardként.

According to critics, the Serbian cellist Petar Pejčić possesses a “captivating gift for storytelling” (Le Soir). His career has soared since he first attracted attention as the youngest finalist of the 2022 Queen Elisabeth Competition, which he followed up with victory at the 2025 YCAT competition in London. He is currently studying with Frans Helmerson at the renowned Kronberg Academy.
Two masterpieces of late 19th-century French sacred music make up the programme of this concert-hall celebration: Gabriel Fauré’s exquisitely beautiful Requiem and the Clovis Mass by the elderly Charles Gounod. Between the movements of the latter work, the audience will also become acquainted with four further gems from the Gallican tradition of church music, with one composition each by Alexandre Guilmant, Louis Aubert, Camille Saint-Saëns and Théodore Dubois.
Andonis Foniadakis’ latest choreography, created for Ballet Pécs, explores Baroque themes in a dynamic and deeply expressive way, and from the perspective of contemporary dance and music.
