Ki ne szeretné tudni, mi jár igazából a főnöke, szerelme, riválisa fejében? "A toll" a színház csillogó, néha álságos világába röpíti nézőit. Bekukkant a kulisszák mögé, a színház titkaiba, a próbák és társulatszervezés dolgos–gyötrelmes hétköznapjaiba. Váltogatva mutat meg igazat és valótlant, kiforgat színházi helyzetet és embert, még ki sem kacagtuk magunkat emblematikus figuráin, máris szédületes, bohózati szituációkban találjuk magunkat. Miközben megszületik a színházi csoda: az előadás, melynek minden szava igaz és szép, mert rólunk, mindannyiunkról szól.

Eternally youthful even at 80, Géza Bereményi is one of the most colourful personalities on Hungary’s contemporary literary and cultural scene. A first-rate novelist and the director of now-classic films, Bereményi has also, and not least of all, proved to be a unique songwriter and lyricist with an unlimited font of inspiration and a personal stage presence that is an experience in itself.
As he gives concerts ever more rarely, it is an honour to welcome Bonga, one of the first great stars of world music, to Müpa.
Recirquel’s new production, Paradisum explores the myth of rebirth following the silence of a destroyed world, where the means of communication is the body, and the only common language is movement. The creatures of this idyllic existence unfold from the ever-changing, swirling natural forces of the ‘fabric of life’ that pulsates around them, so they can reach the anima mundi, the world soul, through scenes of purification, birth, awakening and ritual.
