Politikai dráma és szerelmi történet a XV. század derekán, a Hunyadiak felemelkedése, László tragikus halála és Mátyás királlyá választása. Ezt az izgalmas kort sűríti két és fél órába az új magyar musical.
A főszereplő a fiatal Mátyás, az ő szemszögéből látjuk az eseményeket, kezdve a nándorfehérvári diadallal, folytatva a két Hunyadi fiú elfogatásával, László lefejezésével, a prágai fogsággal, míg végül eljutunk a királyválasztó országgyűlésig.
A darab a történelmi musicalek sorát gyarapítja, ugyanakkor sajátos látásmódjával, a sötét, véráztatta középkort a modern filmes látásmóddal ötvöző megközelítésével izgalmas élményt jelent a XXI. század nézőinek.

Many people were surprised when, after a successful two-year streak during which they won the A38 talent competition known as Talentométer and conquered stages across Europe, including Müpa Budapest, makrohang split up. They then caused another, more pleasant surprise with the news in 2023 that they would be reviving what they themselves call their “jazz for metalheads” sound.
A rainbow of sounds from the orchestra, enigmatic dialogues and mysterious riddles. Not to mention a treacherous dwarf and a glorious young hero. Who after slaying a dragon and tasting its blood, is able to understand the prophetic singing of a bird. And then crosses through a wall of fire to discover both the woman who is his mate and, through his love for her, fear.
Mozart was insatiably in love with life. He embraced everything considered “sinful”: wine, cards, billiards. And his passion extended to musical ornaments: flowery acciaccaturas, trills, cadences others dared not risk, and chromatic runs. But there can be no doubt the main objects of his desire were women. He dedicated several of his masterpieces to one or other of his lovers, who were thus immortalised by these concert and opera arias.
