Szórakoztatás, pénz és élet. Nők és férfiak, színházi kulisszák. A Spirit Színház az előadás első részében felidézi a 30′-as, 40′-es évek bohózatainak, filmeinek történeteit, dalait. A második rész, érdekes párhuzamként napjaink Budapestjéről mesél és énekel kortárs szerzők műveivel. Hogy miről? …gazdasági és emberi válság, keserédes szórakoztatás…nem változott volna semmi?
Molnár Ferenc vagy Varró Dani, Karády vagy Koncz Zsuzsa, Nagy Endre vagy Gerlóczy Márton. Ezen az estén nem kell választani. Szórakozni és elgondolkodni …lehet.
Régi színházi fogalom volt a társulati időszakban a “Büfészínész”, aki a büfében érzi elemében magát, viszont, ha a színpadra kerül, hát…
Ebben az előadásban fordítva. Itt a Büfé kerül a színpadra, azaz a nézők vendégeink a megterített büfében finom falatokra és egy pohár pezsgőre.

The film opens with a brief musical selection of golden oldies. These are blasts from the past, even if most of them are still popular. Could it be nostalgia? Or do they serve more as an introduction to the main character, who had once been a successful actress? Or perhaps a satirical element that tactlessly reminds us of who our divas sang for amid the whirlwinds of history?
The dice and the stopwatch will be coming out again at the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall as it hosts another round of musical ‘battle’. When we talk about instrumental duels in the Hungarian capital these days, it is no longer necessarily Bach and Marchand, or even Liszt and Thalberg, that we are thinking of, because we have our own riveting concert series right here at Müpa Budapest.
