Réges-régen valamikor az ősidőkben de legalábbis a múlt péntek előtt Micimackó az erdőben élt, saját kunyhójában. S ugyanebben az erdőben lakott a fontoskodó Nyuszi, a tudálékos Bagoly, a félénk Malacka, a sértődős Füles, Kanga, a kengurumama kicsinyével, Zsebibabával, no meg a vidám ugrálós Tigris és persze mindnyájuk szeretett gazdája, Micimackó legjobb barátja: Róbert Gida. Ebben a mesebeli erdőben mindennap történik valami mulatságos vagy izgalmas esemény.
