Egy szép napon Mókus azzal állít be, hogy új életet kezdenek, tulajdonosok lettek. S elindulnak, hogy elfoglalják álmaik birtokát a tengerparton! De addig…?! Nos, ne lepődjenek meg, a történet a végén kezdődik, s aztán majd minden kiderül.
