A Szomorú vasárnap című előadásban Seress Rezső meséli el az életét, miközben víziószerűen fel- felvillan a történelem, és az a közeg, amelyben élt. Ám addig nem hagyhatja el a színpadot, amíg nem rendezte a számlát...Vallomás életről-halálról, szerelemről, háborúról, küzdelemről, világhírről, mindez Seress Rezső nagyszerű dalaival. Töltsön egy estét a Kispipa vendéglőben, ismerje meg a "Füttyös muzsikust", aki bár világhírű volt, és Amerika nagy zenészei szerették volna megismerni, sosem szakadt el hazájától, Budapesttől.
