Egy napon váratlan levél érkezik Tóték frontszolgálatot teljesítő fiától: az ifjú nem jön haza eltávra, de helyette az a megtiszteltetés éri a kedves famíliát, hogy felettese, Varró őrnagy náluk fogja kipihenni a harctéri megpróbáltatásokat.

Ha a fia nem szolgálna az orosz fronton, Tót Lajos csak a rádióból tudná, hogy háború van. Nem csak a közösségben örvend kitüntetett tiszteletnek, felesége és lányuk, Ágika is rajongva szereti őt. Az őrnagy eredetileg kéthetesre tervezett látogatása azonban egyre csak tovanyúlik...

Following the great success of their 2023 concert, the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra returns to Müpa Budapest under the baton of their new music director, Martin Rajna. The thoughtfully assembled programme vividly demonstrates the manner in which this excellent ensemble is entering a new chapter in its history full of dynamism and optimism.
Founded in 1999, the Liszt Prize-winning, Debrecen based Talamba has been one of Hungary’s leading percussion ensembles for 27 years - and as the title of their new programme - making its debut at Müpa - suggests, they keep moving forward, and their rhythm continues unabated.
The evening promises a memorable encounter with one of the most celebrated groups of works in Bach’s oeuvre, as well as an introduction to the leading ensemble of the Japanese historically informed performance movement.
