Talán az egész 20. század történelme elmesélhető egy család, egy ház, egyetlen kő történetén keresztül is… Nehéz titkokat rejthet egy ház, amely az évtizedek alatt többször is gazdát cserélt, és így családról családra, generációról generációra hagyományozódtak a kertben és a falakban eltemetett történetek. Marius von Mayenburg drámájában felszínre törnek ezek a titkok, amelyekkel talán megérthetünk valamit a múltunkból, de méginkább a jelenünkből. A kő gyönyörű vallomás a családi legendákról, szeretetről, árulásról és újrakezdésről.

Two masterpieces of late 19th-century French sacred music make up the programme of this concert-hall celebration: Gabriel Fauré’s exquisitely beautiful Requiem and the Clovis Mass by the elderly Charles Gounod. Between the movements of the latter work, the audience will also become acquainted with four further gems from the Gallican tradition of church music, with one composition each by Alexandre Guilmant, Louis Aubert, Camille Saint-Saëns and Théodore Dubois.
At every stage in his career, Nikolas Takács has consistently delivered an exciting combination of unique musical inspiration and independent artistic exploration. Born into a musical family in Galanta (now Slovakia) in 1986, he won his first talent contest at the age of ten. This was followed by formal music training and a long succession of solo concerts. His style, which fearlessly blends jazz, soul and pop, firmly positions him as one of the most multifaceted performers in Hungarian popular music today.
